We had an amazing lunch with some really tasty pintxos. The food was flavourful and fresh and diverse from the other places in the area. Only “bad note” is the fact that the inside is pretty small so it’s perfect for a quick lunch but it’s always a little crowded. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Great spot to stop off & sample not only great food but welcoming & friendly staff. We dined here on 2 nights & on both occasions the food including the pintxos (selection of both hot & cold) as well as the seafood & steak was faultless Everything from the lobster & crab tartlet which melted in your mouth to the squid which was delicate & cooked to perfection, to the tender slow cooked beef & the simple yet so tasty sliced bread & tomato Our hostess on both evenings was attentive & helpful as were all the staff from the moment we stepped inside until we left The desserts were so impressive both in taste & presentation a delight for the taste buds & a great end to a lovely food experience in San Sebastian Well worth a visit

Great range of pintos, wine list is written on the mirror. Live seafood at the back, would attract Asian tourist (sign that everything is fresh) but not sure if others may be put off by seeing the living animal of what they are about to consume. English menu to catered to non-Spanish speakers. Love the bright setting rather than the dark places that many tapas bars are.
